a del Sol? Oh, man, Vader and his cohorts roll in sweet rides and this is what the republic gets. Oh well. What are you gonna do. I can say this thing has a lot of man hours and just goes to show how resourceful those rebels can be.
Hooray! The all new punch-out is coming! Nintendo recently announced a slew of relaese dates for the DS and Wii, but the big one here is Punch-Out!! Marked for delivery in the first half of ‘09.

Here is a lightsaber that actually works, as an umbrella, of course not as an actual lightsaber.
Have you been looking for a great excuse to carry a fake lightsaber with you everywhere you go? For around forty dollars you can be dry and alone under one of these fantastic umbrellas.
Eric Faller has released Cube Cheater on to the app store, which will allow you to look quite genious. All you have to do is take a picture of your cubes current state and then the magicKociemba algorithm goes to action on solving your cube. According to the developer, “Cube Finder finds optimal or near optimal solutoins in only a few seconds. Even a really mixed-up cube only takes around 20 turns to solve, vs. hundreds with a human algorithm.” But wait, there’s more!
If you have a solved cube you can input any patteren you like and Cube Finder will help you reach it. All you have to do is input the patteren with the color pallate method of input, and solve in reverse. I just find it amazing the range of apps on the app store, now I can finally solve a Rubik’s Cube, you can too!
Scientists at the university of Tokyo have developed a new paint that is designed to block higher frequency elctromagnetic waves, like those found in WiFi. This isnt exactly new technology, we have been blocking cell phones for a while, but the ability to block the higher frequency waves from free loaders who might want to use your wireless connection.
This stuff should run around $50 a gallon, but can you really put a price on privacy.
This thing is pretty sweet. Fans of the game Portal will appreciate this fine piece of craftsmanship. Which is made from florist’s foam, wonderflex, bondo, PVC pipe, LED lighting, roll-feed paper spindle, an old drawer pull, and coaxial cable connectors just to name some parts. Graphics were made in photoshop and applied with decal paper.
Wired has an interesting article about the plot to destroy Google. It talks about the companies that have gripes with the search engine giant and what Google stands to lose if these companies make changes in public perception of Google. It is quite an interesting read especially when you consider the companies that really feel threatened by Google, and how they would love to paint the picture that Google is “Big Brother”.
Linhbergh, of Kinod.net posted this pic yesterday, and it begs the question, what kind of ride would a Jedi have? It doesnt get much more evil than an Ariel Atom, so what righteous vehicle would a Jedi travel in?
This pic was also featured on jalopnik.com yesterday, which led me to find this picture as well. A storm trooper in an Elise. The dark side has some serious rides.
It would appear that these images are making the rounds on the web, and here is some resulting funny business.
Like browsing the web? Like eating hot food fresh from the oven? Well here you go. These “clicking oven mitts”, which arent clicking, maybe its the grab hand. I suppose the clicking hand would have made an awkward potholder, wither way they will be available soon from Bazar Design.
I am just re-posting this as it has been on a bunch of Diablo forums and fan sites. But the amount of thought that went into this is absurdly geeky. The amount of time that went into this is insane.
Read for yourself and see.

Please, don’t judge this before you read it through and think about it! I finally, after several months of extensive research have found the true secret that Diablo carries. Please bare with me.

Armor: Replenish Life +7
Helms: Replenish Life +7
Shield: Replenish Life +7
Toxel has post of transparent products and prototype gadgets from across the globe some aren’t so awesome, some are. There is everything from canoes to iPod cases to toasters and irons.
It is really cool to see through some of the items.
Some of you may not get this. The amount of calculations happening behind the scenes here is absolutely nuts. Imagine the computer used to figure this out it must be impressive.
Maybe not. But whoever registered this domain is brilliant.
17 year old Daniel Petric, of Ohio, killed his mother and wounded his father in October of 07, after they took his copy of Halo 3, is what the judge has ruled.
His defense team went for the insanity plea, which the judge rejected citing that he had been planning the shooting for weeks. He had to get his fathers key to open the lock box to his 9mm.
His father Mark, who was shot in the head and survived, testified that his son came into the room and asked: “Would you guys close your eyes? I have a surprise for you.”
He said he expected a pleasant surprise. Then his head went numb from the gunshot.
The Associated Press news agency reports that Microsoft, which owns the intellectual property for the game, declined to comment beyond a statement saying: “We are aware of the situation and it is a tragic case.”
He faces life without parole as a maximum sentence.
What do you think, what implications will this have on the gaming community if this becomes a large case with media attention?
